implemented for the year 2009. Donations will be counted from January to
January. Donations received after the National's catalog is printed will
go toward the following year.

Silver level - $101.00 - $250.00
Gold level - $251.00 - $500.00
Paladium level - $501.00 - $1,000.00
Platinum level - $1,00.00 - and above.
