When booking online, please be AWARE that you may find a cheaper rate, but it may not be refundable and it will not include the pet fee that we have negotiated with the Hotel. It will not be included in the room block with CCA. PLEASE NOTE:
A $100.00 pet deposit is required. $30.00 will be retained for an overall house-cleaning fee. Upon checkout, rooms will be inspected by hotel staff. If no extra cleaning charge is required, $70.00 will be refunded via check or credit card reimbursement.
If you book your room without using this link, you will be charged $25/pet fee/night and you will not receive the $109 room rate. There is a six (6) dog limit in each guest room. Animals must be kenneled at all times when the owner is not in the room. The organizers of the event will provide plastic for the floors. All kennels must be placed on plastic. Rooms will be inspected by housekeeping each day, regardless of a “do not disturb” sign being placed on a door. Any violators will be brought to the attention of show organizers
